Galamba was one of the funniest guys at Southwest. He could do a perfect WC Fields long before the rest of us had even begun to appreciate Fieldsian humor. He also had the gift of mimicry which was hilarious when poking fun at others in our class. Falling down funny---unless it was me he was making fun of!!
Mike, from pre-school to neighborhood b'day parties, to Oakwood, to Border Star, to Southwest we were always together. I am glad that we got to spend time together at the 20th reunion. Keep them laughing. I will miss you.
I have a vivid 3rd=grade memory of Mike, upstart clown that he was, riding in on the projectore 'vehicle,' sitting cross-legged, imitating a Native-American chief. Miss Helen Welch was having us study by tribe; maybe he was inspired!? : )
