I was so sorry to hear of David's passing this past March.  I received a telephone call from him approximately 2 years ago. David had learned that I had moved to Green Valley, AZ with my wife and had been able to come up with my phone number.  He asked me if I would come up to see him and I agreed to do so. Although David and I had nothing in common, I don't believe we even had any classes together, we had an enjoyable afternoon together.  He got out our high school yearbook and we went through it page by page of people we knew and what we knew of them.  Very enlightning to say the least, enough said.

David was suffering from various physical limitations which hindered his mobility, although it didn't seem to affect his upbeat personality. The guy could talk nonstop. I spoke to him a few times afterwards and you could leave the room for half an hour and come back to the phone and he would still be talking.  He was a kind soul, may he rest in peace,

I too live in Arizona and David called me many times when he found out.  We had long conversations and he drove to Mesa from Tucson to spend a Thanksgiving with us.  I was saddened to hear of his passing - He was a good and sweet soul,  I even miss his extremely long phone calls - may he Rest In Peace
