MIke was my next door neighbor all through school. Small of starue but amazingly athletic, fearless and funny. He had an incredible aptitude with numbers. Even at a young age he could see a row of numbers, no matter how long and total them within seconds. He was incredible to watch. Moreso as I had no math skill at all. He was in the military and later went to work for the Board of Trade. Sadly he died of a heart attack while driving his youngest child to school. Not exactly sure when that was.
